We start with a relaxed, detailed look at your sleep, health, habits, and daily life. This helps us understand what’s really going on and what’s getting in the way of your rest.

Personalized Sleep Plan

Next, we create a gentle, realistic plan that fits your goals, schedule, and limits. We move at a pace that feels doable, not overwhelming.

We’ll review your sleep habits and see if my coaching is a good fit for you.

You’re not doing this alone. We meet regularly on Zoom to check in, adjust the plan, and support you through the ups and downs as your sleep improves. You’ll also have support between sessions by email and phone, plus recorded hypnosis sessions and gentle “homework” when helpful.
